Toad of Toad Hall - Working on it

Toad of Toad Hall - making

My original model cancelled on me at the last minute so I had to change person. I now have to fit my costume to his figure instead....

Luckily the fat suit fits it's just the rest that needs altering, first stop dungarees.

The trousers need hemming.

That's not too bad really. There are only a few alterations to be made, such as the length of the trousers and the darts are slightly different on the bib section. Another thing that has to be changed would be the waistcoat, pictures to follow.

Coat and trouser fabric, contemplating red tartan for waistcoat.

Fitting the dungarees.

I took the trousers in a little bit on the legs to make them look less baggy, which also made more of a feature of the stomach.

I'm a little worried he looks like supermario but it should change when I use the final fabric.
